不動産取引情報サイトである日経不動産マーケットレポート（英文）は、２０２３年６月２９日（木曜日）にサイトの大幅刷新を実施いたします。日経グループの専門英文情報サイトとして、デザイン、インターフェースを刷新、より使いやすく、読みやすいデザインへ改善します。従来通り携帯・タブレットでの閲覧への最適化も実施しております。日経グループでは、今後とも同サイトの機能、コンテンツ追加を行なっていく予定です。

日経不動産マーケットレポート（英文）はサイト開設2006年以来提供価格を据え置いてきましたが、継続的な投資および世界的なコスト高騰を反映し2023年8月契約分より以下のように価格を改定させていただくこととなりました。

            購読料金（１年間）      消費税 抜き     460,000 円

                                                消費税込み     506,000 円

　また、今回の改訂から支払い方法に銀行振込に加え、クレジットカードによる支払にも2023年8月請求分より対応します。

Notice on Website Renewal and Price Change

We are pleased to announce the renewal of the Nikkei Real Estate Market Report site on June 29, 2023. We have redesigned the entire site to make accessing the required information easier. Our new website will also be mobile-friendly and allow easier tablet and smartphone browsing.

Our hope is that you find our site helpful and informative. We are dedicated to improving the content of the website to create an even better user experience and will continually invest in data, technology, and services.

We would also like to announce a price change along with the use of credit card payments. The subscription price has remained the same since the inception of the English version of the Nikkei Real Estate Market Report service. However, reflecting ongoing investment in the product and the increased costs of services worldwide, the following price increase will be applied from August 2023.

Annual subscription fee for residents outside Japan:       460,000 yen

Annual subscription fee for residents in Japan:              506,000 yen

*Group subscriptions are available at a substantial discount for multiple subscriptions by a single company. Please inquire separately.

In addition to bank transfers, credit card payments will also be accepted as a payment method from August 2023.
