The survey was performed on buildings with typical floor plates exceeding 300 tsubo [990m2] and buildings with typical floor plates of about 100 tsubo [330m2]. The graph shows the range between the upper value and the lower value of the average closing rents agreed to with tenants.
The surveyed areas and targets of the interviews were partially changed from September 2012, with the survey being conducted four times a year, at the end of March, June, September and December. The survey period for the data before September 2012 varies depending on the target area.
