The results indicate average rents including common service fees, where contracts with tenants are successfully closed for 10-year old office buildings that are a five-minute walk from the station. It is based on actual cases of successfully closed contracts, for which the information was provided by local office brokers. Estimated standard rents are indicated when there are no buildings with applicable standard floor areas or there are no cases of successfully closed contracts.
